A licensed and experienced therapist

Cara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.) and a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (C.A.S.A.C.) with extensive clinical experience as a therapist working with adults and adolescents. Cara is also an Adjunct Professor and Faculty Advisor at the New York University Graduate School of Social Work.
